Yankees has been a family run business since 1998. Because of this, you, the customer, will benefit from a more personal service, not always found within larger enterprises. The staff are fully trained and hold level 2 and level 3 Food Hygiene certificates..
We are registered with Lincolnshire County Council environmental health department. Also registered with Butlins own environmental health.
For many years our unit has been awarded with a 5 Star Hygiene rating
Our unit is gas safety tested yearly. Food temperatures are regularly checked using the latest temperature equipment and recorded in log books. Our catering unit has fire extinguishers and fire blankets,
